Country Trace Apartments:

This complex offers affordable and accessible housing for seniors in Palmyra. The development consists of six, one-bedroom apartments and 22 two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes a pantry, walk-in closet, washer, dryer, and full appliance package -- refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The complex also has a community room, exercise room, computer for tenant use, beauty salon, bus shelter, and gardening space for tenants. The senior center is next door to the complex and offers activities for seniors.

One building was selected to be the first LEED for Homes certified apartment building in the state of Indiana. What this means for tenants is that this building was specifically designed to go above and beyond to provide more efficient and environmentally friendly apartments.
