There are 24 units that also include a washer and dryer. The property provides two playgrounds, one that is fenced for toddlers, an exercise room, basketball court, walking and bike paths, and a laundry room. Five of the units are handicapped accessible, and one building is designated as non-smoking. The development is in a rural residential setting less than one mile from retail stores and I-64. Oakview Apartments – 60 Cruse Loop
Blue River Housing purchased Oakview Apartments, located near Corydon public schools, in 2003 to preserve safe, affordable rental housing for Harrison County residents. The buildings were renovated in 2003 and again in 2011. Updates included new heating and air conditioning systems, new water heaters, doors, windows, carpeting, and other flooring, appliances, and electrical and plumbing upgrades. The development has 14 two-bedroom apartments, two of which are handicapped accessible. All but two of the apartments are income-qualified. Country Trace Apartments – 13590 Greene Street
This development offers income-qualified, affordable and accessible housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. Country Trace Apartments was built in three phases beginning with Country Trace I in 2009 and finishing Country Trace III in 2016. One building was selected to be the first LEED for Homes certified apartment building in the state of Indiana. Tenants in the LEED-certified building enjoy more efficient and environmentally friendly apartments.
Country Trace I includes six, one-bedroom apartments and 22 two-bedroom apartments. Country Trace II & III contain 16 two-bedroom apartments in duplexes. Each apartment includes a pantry, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and full appliance package: refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The complex also has a community room, exercise room, computer for tenant use, multiple garden areas, and a community park, complete with walking path, gazebo, waterfall and grills. The Palmyra Senior Center is located right next the property and offers a variety of other activities.

Grandview Manor South – 509 Grandview Drive
Grandview Manor South Apartments offers 24 one-bedroom units for seniors and persons with disabilities. Three of the units are handicap accessible and 12 of the units are designated as smoke-free. This property accepts Section 8 vouchers, so tenants will not pay more than 30 percent of their income in rent and all utilities are included. Blue River Housing purchased Grandview Manor South in 2016 and remodeled each unit, the common areas, and the exterior of the building. The remodel included new appliances, kitchen cabinets, windows and doors, flooring, bathrooms and central air systems. The manager has an office onsite. The property also includes a furnished community room and laundry facilities, and a walking path around the building that provides easy access to all units. Jackson Court Apartments – 202 Westminster Drive and 103 allen court
Jackson Court, now renting, is an 11-unit, affordable housing community with one and two-bedroom units for seniors and persons with disabilities in residential Salem, close to retail and downtown. All apartments will be equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and stove, and washer and dryer hookups. Other amenities will include a community room and an accessible outdoor fitness zone. Transitional Housing for Victims of Domestic Violence
Blue River Housing, in partnership with Hoosier Hills PACT, offers transitional housing for victims of domestic violence in Harrison and Washington County. Housing is offered for up to 24 months and includes a fully furnished apartment, case management, and services to help tenants become self-sufficient. Stepping Stone Apartments – Corydon
Stepping Stone Apartments provide rental housing and supportive services for homeless young adults (18-25) with disabilities. Rent is minimal and covers all utilities. Apartments are fully furnished and services include case management, employment training and placement, and assistance with other community resources.
